Tabvora is a fast, local-first New Tab dashboard that helps you organize shortcuts, workspaces, and everyday browsing in one clean, customizable interface. Replace your default new tab page with a powerful speed dial dashboard while keeping your data stored locally on your device. All calculations and data remain on your device. • Daily Usage Limits Optionally set daily usage limits for saved websites and receive local reminders when your configured limit is reached. PRIVACY Tabvora follows a privacy-first, local-first architecture. The following data is stored only on your device using Chrome Storage and IndexedDB: • Shortcuts • Workspaces • Quick Notes • Archive • Settings & Preferences • Optional feature data Tabvora does not upload personal data to external servers, does not include analytics, advertising, telemetry, cloud synchronization, or user tracking, and does not sell or share user data with third parties. Some optional features, such as checking whether a saved shortcut is still reachable, may send a direct request to the selected website itself. Tabvora has no backend servers, and no browsing data is transmitted to Tabvora servers. PERMISSIONS Storage Used to save shortcuts, notes, workspaces, settings, preferences, and other local data. Tabs Used to open shortcuts, identify the active tab for optional Website Usage Statistics, and support dashboard navigation. Bookmarks Used only when you manually choose to import Chrome bookmarks. Context Menus Used to provide the "Add to Tabvora" right-click menu. Alarms Used to schedule local maintenance tasks, including recovery for optional Website Usage Statistics after service worker suspension. Favicon Used to display website icons using Chrome's built-in favicon service. Site Access (http://*/*, https://*/*) Required only for optional features such as Draft Recovery, Website Usage Statistics, Daily Usage Limits, and checking whether saved shortcuts are still reachable.
