Tabuoy saves your open tabs and windows as sessions and brings them back with one click — and it is built around one promise: you never lose them. WHY TABUOY Most tab managers keep your sessions in one place. When an update goes wrong, the browser profile breaks, or disk space runs low, years of saved tabs can vanish. Tabuoy keeps three independent copies and lets you roll back. • Automatic snapshots — a versioned snapshot of every session is kept inside your browser every day (30 versions). Roll back from the Backups tab. • Backup files — a JSON backup is written to Downloads/Tabuoy every week (configurable). Keep it, sync it, or import it on another computer. • Snapshot before every update — Tabuoy backs itself up before the extension updates, so a migration can never take your data with it. • Auto-save closed windows — closed a window with 20 tabs by accident? It is already saved. The last session is saved when the browser closes, too. RESTORE WITHOUT THE PAIN • Lazy restore — big sessions open as parked tabs that load only when you click them. No frozen browser, no memory spike. • Restore a whole session, a single window, or one tab. Pinned tabs and tab groups (names and colours) come back as they were. • Search across every saved tab by title or URL.
