Stay tethered to your focus tab
TabTether helps you stay on task by keeping you anchored to a single "focus tab." When you leave your focus tab to look something up or check something quickly, TabTether starts a timer. If you don't come back in time, it escalates: Notification — an OS notification reminds you to return, even if Chrome is in the background. Overlay — a full-page overlay appears on whatever tab you're on, showing how long you've been away and giving you a direct way back. Features: Set any tab as your focus tab with a single right-click Visual indicator (green bar + tab title prefix) so the focus tab is always easy to spot Snooze when you need a bit more time Fully configurable delays and snooze duration via the Settings page Works across tab switches and app switches Session persists across Chrome restarts No accounts. No data collection. Everything stays local.
