FREE — A useful daily task list • Keep up to 30 active tasks and create 3 custom lists. Completed tasks and built-in lists do not use those quotas. • Capture webpages or selected text; add notes, tags, due dates, subtasks and supported page excerpts. • Import and export JSON backups and export dates to a calendar. • Reuse one flow template with relative dates and save one smart view. • Use AI with a single selected task and your own compatible service account. • Choose compact, standard or large text, and light or dark appearance. OPTIONAL PRO — Reuse and plan more • Remove the product's active-task and custom-list count limits. • Save multiple flow templates, use project-name variables, create cross-list flows and start batches from a preview. • Save more smart views, with grouping and pinning. • Plan across multiple selected tasks with AI and save reusable instructions. YOUR AI SERVICE, YOUR CHOICE Connect an OpenAI Chat Completions or Anthropic Messages compatible API using your own API key, address and model. Compatibility depends on the service's implementation and model. Pro does not include API credits; your provider may charge separately. AI requests send your instruction and the selected tasks' IDs, titles, dates, completion states and tags directly to the service you choose. Task URLs, notes and page excerpts are excluded. Review proposed changes, select the ones you want and confirm before applying them. READABLE, LOCAL AND EASY TO CONTINUE The interface follows your browser language by default, with English as the fallback. You can switch between English and Simplified Chinese and keep your preferred text size. Task and workflow content stays in local browser storage; it is not synced to a developer cloud. The extension does not collect usage analytics. JSON backups exclude AI API configuration and Pro licenses. You can undo the last supported local data change.
