Tabs Kit keeps busy Chrome sessions readable with a compact, local-first tab group manager and quick switch panel. It organizes real Chrome tab groups, names new groups intelligently, restores previous groups, jumps between open tabs and saved groups from any page, and cleans up stale or duplicated pages from the toolbar. WHAT YOU CAN DO Manage real Chrome tab groups Rename, recolor, focus, ungroup, close, and reorder groups from the toolbar popup or Chrome's side panel. Drag tabs within a group or move them across groups. Group ungrouped tabs Organize by domain or review them as a browser-order list. Group All sorts everything by site in one action. Name groups intelligently When Chrome's built-in AI is available, group names are suggested by the on-device model. Otherwise Tabs Kit reads the name from tab title patterns, then falls back to the domain. Restore previous groups Browse saved groups in History and reopen one with its original tabs. Opening a URL that belongs to a saved group rejoins that group automatically. Quick switch from any page Press the shortcut to open a Spotlight-style panel, search saved groups and live tabs, scope into a group with Tab, then open or close entries from the keyboard. See where your time goes The Statistics view summarizes your own activity over 1, 7, or 30 days: open tabs, focused browsing time, closable tabs, and visits. Check a visit or time trend, your top websites, hourly activity, and drill into website categories when on-device AI is enabled. Clean up the clutter Find duplicated URLs and tabs that have been open too long, then close them one by one or with a single Optimize action. You choose the long-open threshold in Settings. PRIVACY Tabs Kit is local-first. Everything stays in Chrome's local extension storage on your device. Browsing time is measured on device and kept for 30 days. Website categories come only from Chrome's built-in on-device model. There is no account, no analytics, no remote code, and nothing is sent to a server.
