TabPurr is a local Chrome tab manager. It groups tabs by website, finds pages by full title, and saves windows as workspaces. FREE - Zero-setup grouping by registered domain; ports and IP addresses stay separate. - Search by site, title or URL, plus an optional floating cat and site tree for finding and switching tabs. - Manually suspend eligible tabs from a site; suspended pages reload when used. - One workspace with up to 200 eligible HTTP(S) pages. - One recent manual backup; hourly checks keep up to 3 snapshots when storage allows. - Restore existing workspaces and backups, with JSON import and export. SAVE AND RESTORE Titles and URLs stay on this device. Close tabs or the whole window yourself, then restore the workspace in a new window. A workspace is a page set, not a live-session copy: forms, login sessions, scroll positions and other running page state are not saved. A page never recorded before its loss cannot be recovered later. Online pages still need a network connection. Chrome's saved tab groups are a separate Chrome record. TabPurr workspaces store titles and URLs; backups can retain captured native group structure. Manual group names, colors and membership stay under your control. PRO - Right-click ring actions: previous tab, recent 3, and tidy-and-collapse. Free can open the ring and see PRO labels; clicking a Pro action opens the purchase page. - 50 workspaces, 3 manual backups, automatic checks every 10 minutes with up to 24 snapshots, bulk split/merge windows, and cat outfits. WINDOWS Moving a tab to an existing window is basic. Bulk new-window splitting and merging are Pro. Automatic grouping follows its setting; turning it off does not force regrouping. Pinned tabs and manual groups stay under your control. Batch moves are best effort. PRIVACY Tab titles, URLs, groups, workspaces, backups and settings are processed locally. Background images are compressed locally. TabPurr does not upload browsing history, workspaces or backups and has no telemetry, analytics or remote ad SDK. There is no account system. When you actively click Buy Pro, the extension opens the website and sends the installation request code rc to bind the license to this installation. It does not send browsing history, workspaces or backups. Pro is a one-time activation code verified offline with a P-256 signature. No website permission is requested at install; page access is requested only when you enable the floating cat. Payment happens on the website.
