A local-first visual workspace for your tabs. Group into Spaces, freeze idle tabs, search instantly. No accounts, no network.

TabMan turns the tabs you already have open into a workspace you can actually see. Open the dashboard and every window becomes a card. From there you can: ■ SPACES: Group tabs into named, colour-coded collections. Drag a tab onto a Space to file it, or select several and group them at once. Ten swatches; the colour you pick becomes the card. ■ MEMORY FREEZE: Idle tabs are suspended automatically, dropping their memory to near zero while staying in your tab strip. Click one to wake it. Pinned tabs and tabs playing audio are protected by default, and the tab you're looking at is never touched. You choose the idle threshold, or turn it off entirely. ■ ARCHIVE: Save and close a whole window in one action. Archives are kept separate from live Spaces so a pile of filed-away sessions never buries the ones you're using. ■ INSTANT SEARCH: Fuzzy matching across every open tab's title, domain and URL. Type "mv3" and it finds "Manifest V3". Arrow through results, press Enter to jump. ■ EXPORT & IMPORT: Write your whole session and all your collections to a JSON file on your own disk, and read it back later. ■ UNDO: Closing a tab, closing a window, archiving, deleting a Space: all of it is undoable from the toast that follows. PRIVACY: TabMan makes no network requests. Not for analytics, not for sync, not for fonts, not even for favicons - those come from Chrome's own local icon store rather than being fetched from the sites in your tab list. There are no accounts, no servers and no tracking. Everything lives in chrome.storage.local on your machine and is deleted when you uninstall. Built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No frameworks, no bundler, no third-party libraries.
