Tablo Kanban — Your command center in the browser Every morning you open your browser, search for the right site among bookmarks, open a second tab to check Trello or Notion… Stop. Enough of this routine. Tablo Kanban is a browser extension that opens your personal command center in one click. It's not just "another bookmark extension" or "yet another Kanban board". It's a symbiosis: a visual quick-access panel for websites and a full-featured task management system — on one page. 🎯 Two entities, one screen The top part is the bookmarks bar. Forget boring text lists. Tablo Kanban displays your sites in a responsive grid with icons, drag-and-drop reordering, and a context menu. Up to 22 slots: two rows of neat tiles with favicons. Add bookmarks with one click on an empty slot. The bottom part is the Kanban board. Create columns (e.g., "Backlog", "In Progress", "Review", "Done"), add task cards, assign performers, set priorities, tags, and deadlines. Drag cards between columns, sort within a column. Filter by text, priority, assignee, author, or tags — everything works instantly, without reloading. 🧠 Smart details that make your day 🐌 Task aging indicators: if a card sits in the first column for more than 7 days, it gets a snail. More than 22 days — fire. Just the way you like it. 🌍 Multi-language: Русский, English, Español, Deutsch, Français, Português, Nederlands, 简体中文, Italiano, हिन्दी. ☁️ Sync your way Your Kanban board can be synced across devices in one of two ways: - Google Drive (Chrome only) — via OAuth, data stored in your personal Drive - Yandex Disk — for Yandex ecosystem users Interface settings (theme, language, bookmark count) sync automatically via chrome.storage.sync — just sign into Chrome on another device. 🔒 Privacy is not just words - Tablo Kanban has no server-side component. All data is stored locally in your browser. - No telemetry, no analytics, no data selling. The extension does not send your bookmarks to external servers (the only exception is favicons loaded via Google Favicons — domain only). Weather comes through Open-Meteo — a service that doesn't log requests and requires no API key. We believe productivity shouldn't come at the cost of privacy.
