TabLink

doesn't work

I installed TabLink in Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112 (64-bit) and did a quick test, opening Facebook from the bookmarks bar. Instead of creating a new tab, it opened in the existing tab.

Am I missing some settings for it somewhere?
