Overview

Extract tables from any web page. Supports HTML, CSS Grid, Flexbox, Notion & more. Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, or Markdown.

What it does Table Extractor helps you quickly capture structured data from webpages. Scan the current page, preview the detected data, clean it, copy it, or export it for use in another application. It works with standard HTML tables as well as many modern web layouts and dynamically rendered content. You can use it on pages where the data is presented as a table but cannot be copied easily with the browser's normal selection tools. Key features • One-click scanning — Scan the current page and view detected table data in the extension. • Live preview — Review the extracted data before copying or exporting it. • Flexible export — Download data as Excel, CSV, JSON, or Markdown, or copy it to the clipboard. • Smart cleaning — Remove unnecessary whitespace and clean common formatting issues before export. • Multi-page extraction — Combine data from multiple pages when supported by the extension. • Local processing — Table data is processed locally in your browser. How to use 1. Install the extension. 2. Open a webpage containing the data you want to extract. 3. Click the Table Extractor icon. 4. Select "Scan Tables". 5. Review the detected data. 6. Copy or export the result. Keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+E — Extract data from the current page. Ctrl+Shift+H — Toggle table highlighting. Privacy Table data is processed locally in your browser. The extension does not send your extracted data to our servers or collect your browsing history or personal information. When you explicitly extract data from a public embedded resource such as a Google Sheets document or an inline PDF, the extension may request that public resource directly so it can process the content locally.
