TabFreeze helps Chrome stay responsive by safely discarding idle tabs while keeping them visible and ready to restore. Before a tab is discarded, TabFreeze checks for unsaved forms and playing media. It also respects pinned tabs and sites you choose to protect. When you need a page again, click Restore—or click the tab row—to reload it and switch back immediately.
