A beautifully composed tab manager. Tabfolio puts every tab from every Chrome window in one calm place. Find anything in a keystroke, and keep the tabs you'll come back to in Spaces. WHAT'S NEW IN 0.13 → A sidebar for everything. Search sits on top. Below it: all tabs, each window, and your Spaces with their counts. Pick one and the page shows only that. Drag tabs onto a Space in the sidebar to save them. → Search everything at once. One box looks through every open tab and every saved Space. Press / from anywhere. → Spaces that name themselves. Hibernate a window or a site and the new Space is named after its main sites and the day, like "github.com · Oct 9". Names never repeat. → See your tabs by site. Every site gets its own row with its icon, and cards give the title room instead of repeating the domain. → A new look. Open Tabfolio with your Chrome shortcut. / searches, H hibernates, C closes, O opens in a new window, G switches between windows and sites, M merges windows, ? shows every shortcut. → Spaces, not folders. Hibernate tabs into named Spaces such as "Reading", "Lisbon trip" or "Q4 research". They close in Chrome and wait in Tabfolio with their previews. Restore one tab or the whole Space. → Locked Spaces. Lock a Space to keep it as a reference shelf. Opening its tabs leaves the entries in place. → Duplicates and idle tabs. Copies of the same page are flagged, with one-click cleanup that keeps the active or oldest copy. Tabs you haven't visited in a week surface on their own. Pinned tabs and saved Spaces are never touched. → Undo and recovery. Every close, move and hibernate can be undone from the toast. Recovery history keeps URL safety copies on your computer for seven days, capped at 20 actions and 2 MB, and excludes incognito tabs. → Real previews. Cards show each page's own preview image, video thumbnails included, with the site's icon beside it. Visual cards or compact rows, in dark or light. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT No accounts. No cloud sync. No analytics or telemetry. Spaces, preferences and recovery records are stored in chrome.storage.local on your computer, not uploaded to Tabfolio servers. Export a backup file whenever you like. To show previews, Tabfolio handles tab URLs and titles and website metadata and images. It contacts page servers and image hosts, including Google and DuckDuckGo favicon services, YouTube thumbnails and the vumbnail.com Vimeo thumbnail provider. These requests can reveal a URL, domain or video ID and normal network information to those providers. Undo and recovery reopen URLs, not forms or scroll positions.
