TABEE

TABEE! The awesome extension that is (almost) as good as when you could scroll tabs!

WHY, GOOGLE, WHY!??! Yes folks, Google - in their infinite wisdom - have decided to remove the ability to scroll through your tabs on Chrome... This, to the layman, may not sound like a big deal, but when you're deep in development or just need to have every YouTube clip of Sabrina Carpenter open at the same time it means that navigation between eleventy-million tabs becomes a bit of an issue. Google's half-baked solution to breaking everything we love about Chrome was to give us a disorganised sidebar that made finding the specific video on YouTube that explained how to make the perfect cauliflower casserole practically impossible. That's where TABEE comes in! This lovely little doo-dad (I've never used that term before in my life) can be toggled using the icon in the Extensions bit on the toolbar of Chrome, or can be toggled on and off using CMD+SHIFT+P (Mac) and CTRL+SHIFT+P (Windows). Once it's open you'll see a lovely list of all your tabs, organised by website name, with collapsible sub-sections, so you can see everything ordered in a USEFUL (do you hear me, Google!?!?) manner to make things (almost) as good as they were back in the day when we had the marvels of scrolling tab functionality. Sound good? Well, you're going to like it even better when I tell you that, not only is it FREE, but it also doesn't need authentication, registration or any other 'tion', and I'm really not interested in any of your data.
