It is designed for people who often work with multiple browsing sessions such as research, study, shopping comparison, project references, or daily task sets. Instead of manually reopening the same pages again and again, users can store the current window in one of 30 workspace slots and launch it later with a single click. The extension focuses on a clear and minimal popup experience. Users can view the number of open tabs in the current window, assign a custom workspace name, save the current tab set, reopen saved workspaces in a new window, overwrite an existing slot, or delete it when no longer needed. All saved workspace data is stored locally in the browser through Chrome storage, keeping the extension simple and easy to use. Tab Workspace Manager does not provide remote services, user accounts, background tracking, advertising, or unnecessary access. It only uses the minimum permissions required to read the current tabs and save workspace data locally. Its purpose is to give users a practical and privacy-friendly way to manage tab groups and restore browsing sessions efficiently.
