Overview

Control and boost the volume of each browser tab independently. Supports 0–400% range, mute toggle, and per-tab audio mixing.

Tab Volume gives you independent volume control for every open browser tab. No more scrambling to find which tab is blasting audio. FEATURES - Per tab volume: each tab has its own volume level, completely separate from the rest - 0% to 400% range: go beyond the browser native limit using the Web Audio API - Quick presets: one-click jumps to Mute, 100%, 200%, 300%, and 400% - Mute toggle: mute any tab instantly and restore your previous level on unmute - All Tabs mixer: adjust any tab volume without switching to it - Reset All: restore every tab to 100% in one click - Light and Dark theme: clean minimal design that saves your preference HOW IT WORKS For volumes up to 100%, Tab Volume uses the browser native audio property. For volumes above 100%, it routes audio through the Web Audio API GainNode to deliver real amplification, not just a visual change. NOTES Works with YouTube, Netflix, Twitch, and most HTML5 video and audio players. Spotify and SoundCloud use their own internal audio engine and are not supported. No data is collected or transmitted. Everything runs locally in your browser.
