Overview

Control the audio volume of the active tab.

Tab Volume Control lets you adjust the sound level of the active tab independently from your system volume. Use a simple slider and a mute button directly from the browser toolbar. Key features: - Per‑tab volume control with a smooth slider - One‑click mute / unmute for the current tab - Works with music, videos, livestreams and more - Minimal, focused UI designed to stay out of your way - No account required, no tracking, no external services How it works: - Open a tab that is playing audio (for example, a video or a music stream). - Click on the Tab Volume Control icon in the toolbar. - Toggle the control on for this tab, then use the slider or mute button to adjust the volume. Privacy: This extension processes audio locally in your browser. It does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to external servers. What’s new in 1.0.1: - Fixed mute logic (mute now sets volume to 0, unmute restores previous level) - Improved stability after long tab switches - Minor UI tweaks
