Overview

Sort, group, search, and close your tabs — all from a clean popup.

Tab Tamer brings order to a browser full of open tabs — without switching away from what you're doing. Sort Rearrange your tabs by title (A→Z or Z→A) or by last visited. Tab Tamer physically reorders them in Chrome's tab bar, so the order sticks. Group by site One click groups all your tabs by domain using Chrome's native tab groups — color-coded and visible right in the tab bar. Collapse or expand groups in the popup. Ungroup everything just as easily. Search Type anything to filter your tabs in real time by title or URL. Useful when you have dozens open and know roughly what you're looking for. Select and close Check one tab, a whole group, or all of them — then close the selection in one click. Clean up in seconds. Lightweight by design No account. No tracking. No bloat. Tab Tamer is vanilla JavaScript with no external dependencies. It reads only the tabs in your current window and never touches page content.
