Tab Tamer
Overview
Preview and apply simple native Chrome tab groups for the current window.
Tab Tamer helps you bring order to busy Chrome windows without changing how you already use tabs. Open the extension to see a clean dashboard for the current window: - Open tabs that are not pinned and not already grouped - Existing Chrome tab groups - Pinned tabs Click any listed tab to jump to it. Select several open tabs, type a group name, and create a native Chrome tab group. Existing groups stay visible and clickable, and pinned tabs are listed separately so they are easy to find without being changed. Tab Tamer is intentionally simple: - Works on the current Chrome window only - Uses Chrome's built-in tab groups - Leaves pinned tabs alone - Does not require an account - Does not use a remote server - Does not sell, share, or transmit your browsing data Tab Tamer is useful for people who keep many tabs open across different Chrome profiles and want a calmer way to find tabs and create groups when needed.
