Tab Resize - split screen layouts

Replaces the now defunct Tab Scissors and Tab Glue and combines them into one well-designed extension. Thank you for bringing back the functionality I lost when Tab Scissors went away!

So useful! Being able to hit a 3-key combo and resize the tabs is very convenient. This always does what it should. This is an extension that I will almost certainly always have added. What more can you ask?
