This extension allows you to rearrange tabs with a keyboard shortcut

Tab Rearranger makes it easy to rearrange tabs quickly by using two keyboard shortcuts. Ctrl/Command+Shift+Left moves the current tab left, Ctrl/Command+Shift+Right moves the tab right.
