A fancy extension, but it would be great if you can add the search function!

good extension, closest thing to tree style tabs on ff. only features that I wish to see in the future: themeable context menu, drag and drop trees (i think this is being worked on already), middle click whitespace to open new tab, and dropping tabs out to a new window seamlessly
Thank you for the great feedback, Jones! Themeable context menu: Adding options for background and text colors sounds like a great idea. https://github.com/Able-Bear-Software/tab-nodes-tree/issues/89 Drag-and-drop trees: This is actively in development! Apologies for the delay—I've been juggling this alongside my full-time job. Thank you for your patience! 😔 Middle-click whitespace to open a new tab: https://github.com/Able-Bear-Software/tab-nodes-tree/issues/90 Dropping tabs into a new window seamlessly: Unfortunately, this isn’t possible right now since Chrome doesn’t provide an API to support this feature. For now you can do it via context menu. I know this might be convenient for you.

Yup definitely amazing extension, and its awesome to see how active developers are and that they listen to user feedback. 5 stars for sure, just two suggestions 1. Mirror tab grouping collapse/expand in tab tree (or provide the option). If I expand or collapse a native group in horizontal tabs, do the same thing in the tab tree 2. The option to undock the sidebar so it could be on a seperate window or its own page as an intermediate until we can shrink sidebar size. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the amazing feedback and the 5-star review! 🙌 For your first suggestion, I’ve created a ticket to track it: https://github.com/Able-Bear-Software/tab-nodes-tree/issues/88 As for your second suggestion, undocking the sidebar is an interesting idea. Implementing this will require careful consideration, especially for scenarios involving multiple windows. While it’s on my radar, I currently have higher-priority tasks to address, such as performance improvements. I truly appreciate your patience and support! 😊

Nice work. Might I request the ability to make the sidebar smaller than the current minimum if possible.

This is simply awesome ! I have been waiting and looking for this the past ten years. Now I can finally use Chrome more frequently than Firefox. First Chrome Extension that really brings us the Tree-Style-Tabs experience as known from the classic Firefox Plugin. Thanks to tab-nodes-tree.app and @piro for the original idea. This is the only Chrome Extension that really docks as a sidebar and remains open in all tabs! I may have to figure out some things, like hiding the main horizontal ta... Show more
Hi @Karla. Really appreciate for your kind words and feedback. I am also a fan of Firefox Tree-Style-Tabs and had been using it for years until I built this one for Chrome. I also have not found a way to hide top bar. I don't think Chrome supports it and will do. But if you found a workdaround, pleaset let me know. Thank you! Thank you for your feedback! You can move it to the left—it’s actually a Chrome setting. You can check out this Q&A for more details: www.tab-nodes-tree.app/qna?q=change-side-panel-position.
