the tab menu will appear after double click middle button

Create a tab list by double click middle button or click and hold right button, the trigger method and interval time can be set in option page. Windows default method is click and hold right button, macOS is double click middle button. Known bugs: * Need to refresh site or restart Chrome before it'll work. * Doesn't work on chrome:// URLs or the Chrome Web Store, restricted by Chrome for security reasons. * Double click middle button may not work in Windows system due to the default AutoScroll function.
