I got tired of all the tab managers out there that use pop-up menus to manage tabs, so I created this extension. If it's an extension that manages tabs by grouping them, that's one thing, but if it's just a matter of listing tabs in a pop-up, wouldn't it be better to just click the down arrow on the far left of the Chrome tab bar? (chuckles) This extension opens tabs.html to expand a list of tabs within a single tab. With pop-up-style tab managers, the scroll position resets every time, so you had to scroll every time you wanted to check tabs at the bottom. However, this extension manages the tab list by opening it in HTML, so the scroll position doesn't reset. Additionally, most other extensions load the tab list each time, but this extension links to the tab index and always reflects the number and position of tabs. Of course, these functions operate entirely within the local environment, and this extension does not actively send information externally. There is one important note regarding the use of this extension. It is not suitable for users who operate Chrome with multiple windows open. This is because the developer dislikes multi-window operations. While it is possible to use it in multi-window mode, the display order becomes irregular. For example, instead of showing Tab 1, Tab 2, etc., in Window 1, it would show Tab 1 in Window 1 followed by Tab 1 in Window 2, and then Tab 2 in Window 1 followed by Tab 2 in Window 2. However, there are no operational issues, so some users may not mind this. Additionally, when using this extension, we recommend pinning the tabs.html file opened by the extension. By pinning tabs.html, it will always be displayed at the top left of the Chrome tab bar, immediately to the right of the downward arrow mentioned earlier (laughs), which significantly improves access to the tab list. Additionally, this extension does not include a feature to save open tabs, which is equivalent to a session manager. This is because there are already extensions available in the extension store that sufficiently meet this requirement. I have no involvement with it, but “Session Buddy” is a recommended session manager (laughs). Well, I've gone on at length, but below is an overview of the features included in this extension. If you like it, give it a try. ・Contents of this extension Tab list management function: All tabs are displayed as cards in a single tab (tabs.html) for efficient management. Tab search: Enter a word in the search field to instantly filter by title or URL. Sorting: Rearrange tab cards without affecting the tab bar itself. “Tab bar order (default), title order, domain order, recently active order” Card size selection: Change the size of tab cards. “Extra small, small, medium, large, full display” Title-only display mode: Switch between displaying only the title or the title and abbreviated URL for each tab card. Theme Switch: Instead of the typical dark mode with only two options, we have prepared color themes based on sky patterns. Please use your preferred color. “White Cloud (standard light mode), Cloudy Sky, Midnight (standard dark mode), Night, Gray Cloud, Twilight, Blue Sky” Simple tab rearrangement linked to the tab bar: You can actually rearrange cards along with Chrome tabs using drag-and-drop. Close button on tab cards includes a confirmation dialog: This prevents accidental tab closures. (As a result, closing all tabs at once from this extension has become more cumbersome, but for users with thousands of tabs open, the risk of accidentally closing a tab is greater.) Multilingual support: This extension supports the following languages to some extent, though translations are machine-generated, so use with caution. “Japanese, English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Chinese” Privacy: As mentioned earlier, this extension does not send user data to external parties. Settings are stored locally only. Of course, if users intentionally send information to external parties while using this extension, we cannot compensate for such cases. 世の中に出回っているタブマネージャーがどいつもこいつもポップアップメニューで管理するタイプでうんざりしたのでこの拡張機能を作りました。 そもそもグループ化を絡めて管理している拡張機能ならともかく、ただポップアップにタブの一覧を並べるだけなら、Chromeのタブバー一番左にある下向きの矢印をクリックするだけで良くないですか?(失笑) この拡張機能はtabs.htmlを開くことで1つのタブ内にタブ一覧を展開します。 ポップアップ式のタブマネージャーではスクロールの位置が毎回リセットされるため、下のほうにあるタブを確認したい場合は毎回スクロールする必要がありましたが、この拡張機能はhtmlにタブ一覧を開いて管理するため、スクロールの位置がリセットされません。 また、ほかの拡張機能ではタブ一覧を都度ロードしているものが大半でしたが、この拡張機能はタブのindexとリンクし常にタブの数や位置を反映しています。 勿論これらの機能は完全にローカルの範囲で行われており、この拡張機能が能動的に外部へと情報を送信することはありません。 この拡張機能の運用においては一つの注意点があります。 それはchromeを多ウィンドウを開いて運用する人には向かないという事です。 これは作成者がマルチウィンドウでの運用を嫌うからですね。 マルチウィンドウでも運用することはできますが、通常であればウィンドウ1のタブ1、タブ2、……と表示されるところ、マルチウィンドウの場合ウィンドウ1タブ1の後にウィンドウ2のタブ1、更にウィンドウ1タブ2の後にウィンドウ2のタブ2と変則的な表示のされ方になってしまいます。 まあ、運用上の問題自体はないので人によっては気にせず利用できるでしょう。 また、この拡張機能を利用するにあたって、この拡張機能によって開かれるtabs.htmlを固定することをお勧めします。 tabs.htmlを固定することでchromeのタブバーの左上、冒頭にてお話しした下向き矢印のすぐ右ですが(笑)、ここにtabs.htmlを常に表示できるようになり、 タブ一覧へのアクセス性が非常に良くなるからです。 それとこの拡張機能には開いているタブを保存する機能、いわゆるセッションマネージャーに相当する機能は搭載されていません。 これに関しては拡張機能ストアにて公開されているもので十分に要求を満たせるからです。 自身は一切関わっていませんが「Session Buddy」などはセッションマネージャーとしてお勧めですよ(笑) さて、お話が長くなりましたが以下にこの拡張機能が搭載している機能を紹介しています。 気に入ったのであれば使ってみてください。 ・この拡張機能の内容 タブ一覧管理機能：1つのタブ(tabs.html)にすべてのタブをカード化して表示し効率的に管理します。 タブの検索：検索欄に単語を入力することでタイトルやURLで瞬時にフィルタ。 並べ替え：タブバーのタブ自体に影響を及ぼすことなくタブカードを並べ替えて表示できます。 「タブバー順（デフォルト）、タイトル順、ドメイン順、最近アクティブ順」 カードサイズ選択：タブカードのサイズを変更することができます。 「超小型・小型・中型・大型・フル表示」 タイトルのみ表示モード：各タブカードにタイトルのみ表示するか、タイトルとともに省略URLを表示するか切替することができます。 テーマ切替：2パターンしか選べない一般的なダークモードの代わりに、空模様に準えたカラーテーマを用意しました。好みの色で運用してください。 「ホワイトクラウド(一般的なライトモードです)、クラウディスカイ、ミッドナイト(これは一般的なダークモード)、ナイト、グレークラウド、トワイライト、ブルースカイ」 タブバーと連動したタブの簡易並べかえ：実はドラッグ＆ドロップでchromeのタブ諸共にカードの並べ替え可能。 タブカードに搭載された閉じるボタンには確認ダイアログを搭載：誤クリックによってタブを閉じてしまうことを防ぎます。 　(結果的にこの拡張機能から一気にタブを閉じるのは手間がかかるようになりましたが、 　数千タブを開いているようなユーザーにとっては誤ってタブを閉じてしまうリスクのほうが大きいですからね。) 多言語対応：以下に示した言語にある程度対応しています、ただし翻訳ソフトによるものなので過信は禁物ですが。 「日本語、英語、フランス語、ドイツ語、ポルトガル語、スペイン語、ヒンディー語、中国語」 プライバシー：先に述べたようにこの拡張機能はユーザーのデータを外部に送信しません。設定もローカル保存のみ。 　もちろん、この拡張機能を利用している皆様が意図的に情報を外部に送信した場合は別ですし、 そのような場合に関しては一切補償できませんが。
