Ability to Add Own Sites

Hello,
This extension is clearly something I NEED, but I'm Canadian and use the .ca versions of Google and Amazon. You mention in TODO that you are thinking about allowing users the option to decide which sites can/cannot work with this extension. Is that something that you're still thinking about doing? Alternately, would you consider adding the .ca versions to the site access list?
