Too cramped. Look at Cluster for tab management, it's almost perfect. I want to dump my month or week of tabs, I need to manage them, close useless ones, make tab groups to save.

I have been looking for a solution to my 10 billion open tabs! I really like this one, it does resolve my main issue and several side issues. When I try to go through and organize wanted tabs and close out unwanted tabs my 8 year old PC runs out of memory quick and I have to force close and reopen and start again. This great tool saves all open tabs in all chrome windows so Now I can open a few windows at a time and focus on those, save them and move on to other tabs. My suggestions/wants ... Show more

Thanks for the feedback, James! I'm glad Tab Keeper is helping you manage your tabs. I'm working on adding the ability to save tabs only from the current window to a new tab session group, keeping the extension open in a sidebar, and implementing drag-and-drop functionality (on the backlog). Your suggestions are much appreciated and help make the product better! On a side note, you can save the current window to an existing "Tab session group" using the "+ Save this window" button on the top right of the Tab Keeper pop-up window. Currently, you need to create a new session and delete inactive windows first, but I'm developing a feature that will let users choose between saving all windows or just the active window.

Light weight solution that solves my tab organization needs just as well - if not better - than other (premium) alternatives. Other alternatives might provide additional features, but I find that in practice, a solution like this one that essentially stores bookmarks in a streamlined fashion solves for 90% of my pain points. That being said, I'll list a few features that I'd love to see in the extension: - Support chrome tab "groups" when saving & re-opening tabs (Similar to how Tab Keeper ... Show more

Thank you, Joe, for your kind words and for using Tab Keeper! I'm glad it's helping with your tab organization. I appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Supporting Chrome tab groups, reordering saved tabs, adding an option to choose the number of windows to save, and offering different UI options are great ideas. I'll consider them for future updates. Your support as a solo dev means a lot to me. You made my day!

Perfect. Sync across different platforms. Uncluttered, clear, user friendly interface. Better than OneTab, TabManager, all the mainstream sh*?t paid extensions! 2024.06.12. Edit: I have feedback. Will you add the possibility to sort saved tabs by name or date? Also searching through saved tabs is not in there. That would be great if you have a lot of saved tabs.
Justine GeorgeDeveloperApr 29, 2024
Thank you Dylan! 2024.07.02 Edit: I really appreciate the feedback! Sorting by date or name is a great idea, and I'll look into adding it. By the way, Tab Keeper already has a search functionality. Just click the search icon or the TabKeeper text in the top left corner to use it. Hope this helps!
