Overview
Auto-collapses (and optionally reorders) inactive tab groups in the tab bar, and adds new tabs to the currently active tab's group
Adds usability improvements related to Tab Groups: Auto-collapses groups except the active tab's group, auto-aligns this "active group" to leftmost / rightmost while restoring the correct ordering of the groups (optional), and auto-assigns newly created tabs to the "active group" (optional).
