Tab Grouping and Organizing is a powerful browser tab management extension that helps you easily manage a cluttered tab bar. The extension offers two core modes: ① **Safe Browsing Mode (Default)**: Open the extension panel to view all tabs in the current window automatically grouped by domain. Each group clearly displays the domain and number of tabs. Clicking any tab quickly switches to the corresponding tab without closing any tabs, giving you a clear overview of your currently open pages. ② **Compression and Organizing Mode**: Clicking the "Compression and Organize" button closes all unattached tabs in the current window with one click and saves them to local storage, freeing up memory and tab bar space. Compressed tabs are saved in groups on the management page, and you can choose to "Restore All" or "Restore This Group" at any time. The extension also supports **Custom Grouping Rules**. You can add keyword rules in the settings to automatically categorize domains or titles containing specific keywords into the same group (such as "Social Media," "Work," "Study," etc.) to meet your personalized grouping needs. Developed based on Manifest V3, with streamlined permissions, it only requests tab and local storage permissions. All data is stored only in your browser and no user data is collected.
