Tab Cleaner keeps your browser tidy by closing the tabs you no longer need. How it works - Duplicate tabs: if the same page is open more than once, Tab Cleaner keeps the one you used most recently and closes the rest. - Inactive tabs: tabs you haven't used for a while are closed automatically. You choose how long. - AI suggestions: an AI model running on your device looks for tabs that seem finished, like a past search or an article you already read. You review each suggestion and decide what to close. Nothing gets lost Every closed tab is saved in a history inside the extension, so you can reopen it with one click. You stay in control - Pinned tabs, tabs playing audio and the tab you're looking at are never closed. - Protect entire sites, like your email or work tools. - Leave tabs in groups untouched. - Set a minimum number of tabs to keep open. - Pause automatic cleaning at any time, or clean on demand. Private by design Everything happens in your browser. Tab Cleaner has no servers and sends no data: not your tabs, not your history, not your settings. The AI runs on your device using Chrome's built-in model. About AI suggestions AI suggestions need a recent version of Chrome and a compatible computer. The first time you turn them on, Chrome downloads the model (several GB). If your device isn't compatible, everything else works normally. Available in English and Spanish.
