Overview
Record and transcribe Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams (web) meetings, with an AI summary and action items.
T-meet records the audio of your Google Meet, Zoom (web) and Microsoft Teams (web) meetings, transcribes it automatically and generates a summary with the agreements and action items mentioned. HOW IT WORKS 1. Join your meeting and press "Start recording" on the extension icon. 2. When you finish, press "Stop recording". 3. The extension transcribes the audio telling the speakers apart (Speaker A, B, C) and generates a summary + list of action items with AI. The summary comes out in the same language as the meeting. 4. Review, download as PDF or Markdown, or delete any recorded meeting from the popup. YOUR OWN VOICE - If you allow it in Options, your microphone is recorded too so your own words appear in the transcript. Headphones avoid echo. TWO WAYS TO USE IT - Bring your own API key (BYOK): no developer backend, free forever. - TPlanner account: if your account has a Professional or Enterprise plan and you're already signed in at tplanner.io, the extension connects by itself — no login, no extra cost. If you don't have a TPlanner plan, you can use a free 7-day trial (up to 1 hour of transcription) and then subscribe to T-meet separately for $9.99/month. Both options transcribe and summarize without your own API keys and let you send the meeting's action items straight to a TPlanner project schedule. PRIVACY FIRST - With BYOK, the extension calls the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs directly with YOUR OWN API key. - Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored only in your browser (IndexedDB), never on a developer server (BYOK). - No analytics, no tracking, no third-party code. REQUIREMENTS (BYOK) - An OpenAI API key (for transcription) — platform.openai.com - An Anthropic API key (for the summary) — console.anthropic.com LIMITATIONS - Works only with the web versions of Zoom and Teams (not the desktop apps). - With BYOK, use of the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs is billed by them under their own pricing; you control and pay for that usage with your own key. - With an account, transcription includes up to 1 hour on the free trial, 15 per month on the standalone T-meet subscription, 20 on TPlanner Professional and 100 on Enterprise (renews every month). - Speakers are told apart as letters (A, B, C); in long meetings the letters can change between blocks of about 5 minutes.
