Quick access to ultrasound tech forms inside the Synthos reporting page.

Synthesis Health Tech Forms adds a compact toolbar to the Synthos radiology reporting application, giving ultrasound and imaging staff one-click access to structured reporting forms. From the toolbar, users can open clinical assistance and US tech form references, or inject mammography, cervical spine, and lumbar spine reporting forms directly over the Synthos reporting panel so they can be completed alongside the case. An optional auto-copy setting streamlines moving completed form text back into the report, and a built-in feedback option lets users report issues.
