Panel Configuration lets users customize the dual-panel layout of the Synthos radiology reporting application. It adds a settings button to the Synthos top navigation bar that opens a dropdown where users can swap the left and right panels and choose which tab opens by default on each panel when an exam loads. Preferences are saved and applied automatically on every exam, so radiologists get a consistent reading layout without manually rearranging panels or switching tabs each time.
