Off by default. - Critical Support Default toggle: auto-deselect WITH SUPPORT on load so it does not stay selected by default. - Default Right Panel: choose whether exams open to Comparison, Forms, or Exam Info. - Already Assigned Warning: when Exam Info is the default right panel, warn if the exam is assigned to another radiologist. - Exam Locked Warning: optional warning when an exam is locked. - Message Footer Pulse: optional footer pulse for unread messages. - Cache Viewer toggle for Synth PACS. - Hard Refresh and Clear Data buttons for quick troubleshooting. - Reset SynthTools Settings button to restore extension defaults without clearing Synth data. - Apply Update button to clear Synth data and apply SynthTools updates from the update page or in-app banner. - Mac numpad fix for Synth shortcut keys. ## Version History 3.2.9: Added support for ca.synthos.health alongside us.synthos.health. 3.2.8: Global color-vision accessibility update with Protanopia/Deuteranopia and Tritanopia modes for priority pills, warning UI, and danger actions. This clears Synth site data, applies the update, and reloads main Synth tabs. You may be logged out and need to sign in again. For troubleshooting, open SynthTools and use the red Clear Data button. This clears cached Synth site data and may also log you out.
