Browse listings as you normally would, then click "Capture Listing" to instantly extract property details — address, price, MLS number, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, and listing photos — all in one click. HOW IT WORKS Browse any listing on Realtor.ca, Pillar9, or REW.ca Click the Syntac icon in your toolbar Hit "Capture Listing" — the extension reads the page and extracts property data automatically Review the details, edit anything that needs adjusting, then hit "Save Listing."
