SYNO keeps your YouTube watch party together—even when you change videos. Start a party, share the invite link, and browse and watch together. Video selections and submitted searches appear for everyone in the same party. Play, pause, and seek from any participant's tab, with automatic playback synchronization. • Keep the same room and invite link while choosing new videos. • Share YouTube search results with your party. • Synchronize play, pause, and seeking. • Automatically catch up after YouTube ads finish or are skipped. • Reconnect after a page refresh. • See how many people are in your party. Each participant needs desktop Chrome and SYNO. Each viewer plays the video directly through their own YouTube session. Ads play normally while other participants keep watching. After an ad, SYNO jumps to the party's current position, so content played during the ad is missed. Ad detection depends on YouTube's player and may vary as YouTube changes. SYNO does not remove ads or bypass access restrictions. Live streams, automatic playlist queues, chat, and playback-speed changes are not supported. Anyone with the invite link can join, choose videos, share searches, and control playback. Only navigation within an active party is shared. Rooms expire after six hours without connected participants or when the relay restarts. SYNO is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
