Synergy Chat puts your sales pipeline on top of Facebook, Instagram and Messenger, in your own browser. When you open a profile or a conversation, a small card appears. One click files that person onto your pipeline — name, profile link, and the notes and tags you add. Quick sends drop a saved reply into the message box with the person's first name filled in. You read it, edit it if you like, and press Send yourself. It never acts for you. It does not send messages, add friends, follow, like, comment, post, or press any button on Facebook or Instagram. It reads what is already on your screen, and it types into the message box only when you ask it to — then it stops. What it does: • Shows who's already on your pipeline when you open their profile or chat • Imports a Facebook or Instagram profile onto your pipeline in one click • Identifies who you're talking to in Messenger and Instagram DMs • Moves people between stages, adds notes and tags • Prefills saved replies (Quick sends) for you to review and send Who it is for Sales teams and creators who work their leads through Facebook and Instagram messages, and use FramedUp or CSM Studio as their CRM. You need a FramedUp or CSM Studio account. Open Settings in either one and press "Install and connect" — the app connects this extension itself, and there is no password and no code to type. (A one-time pairing code is offered if you are setting up a second computer.)
