Syncro Element Checker ensures that no ticket gets closed or marked as resolved without having at least one asset assigned. This extension is built for MSPs and helpdesk teams using SyncroMSP. It helps enforce internal procedures and reduces human error by ensuring that every ticket includes asset information before it is closed or status is changed. Why install it? - Prevents technicians from accidentally closing tickets without assigning related assets. - Displays a warning before allowing status changes to Resolved - Lightweight, secure, and runs automatically in the background.
