Overview
Auto-fills SPTC receipt codes into new invoices in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB.
SyncPay SPTC Autofill saves merchants time by automatically inserting the SPTC reconciliation code into newly created invoices in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and MYOB AccountRight. How it works - When you open a new invoice page in any supported accounting platform, the extension fetches the next available SPTC code from your SyncPay account. - The code is stamped into the invoice Notes field so the consumer receipt and the merchant invoice can be reconciled later. - Your existing invoice numbering is preserved — the extension never modifies the Reference or Invoice Number fields. Supported platforms - Xero (go.xero.com) - QuickBooks Online (qbo.intuit.com, app.qbo.intuit.com) - MYOB AccountRight (app.myob.com, accountright.myob.com.au) Requirements An active SyncPay merchant account at https://syncpay.au is required. Install, sign in via the popup, and the extension takes care of the rest. Privacy The extension only runs on the invoice pages of supported accounting platforms. It does not read or transmit any other data. See https://syncpay.au/privacy.html for full detail.
