Dang! Installed, am able to control my VLC instance, but cannot find the REQUEST NEW CODE button on the page!

Hey Harry, the UI was refactored and now the logic is a little bit different from previous version. In 1.0.9+ version, you don't actually need to request a new code (that's why no button here), you can simply came up with a four digit code, type in, and click start to check whether it was occupied or not. If it started, it started. Or you can leave the input box to empty and click start directly to be assigned a code. Both ways works exactly same as REQUEST NEW CODE button to get connected with a specific code.

Great concept. However when me and my partner (us & uk) installed it and tried together, nothing is working. I got the code by clicking "request a code" and sent it to her, she put it in the bar and clicked ""sync" but nothing works. Nothing pops up nor showing the sign "session started". Hope it will get improved soon. Thanks for designing it at first place though.

Oh I see what's your problem, you don't need to click sync button (it is misleading, my mistake), after the host request the code and the quest click start, you guys are free to close the extension window. And "session started" notification will not show as a popup, but simply a text appear in the extension window. Based on your description, I think you might already connected to your partner though you are not aware it. But anyway, thanks for your feedback, I need to refine the UX logic to make it more easy to understand.
