TRACKER BLOCKING, 30,000+ RULES Symvek Shield uses EasyList and EasyPrivacy, the trusted open filter lists also relied on by privacy-focused browsers, to block trackers across four categories: • Advertising trackers (ad networks, retargeting pixels) • Analytics trackers (page analytics, session recorders) • Social media trackers (share buttons, embedded widgets) • Fingerprinting scripts (canvas, WebGL, font enumeration) Blocking runs through Chrome's native declarativeNetRequest engine, so it is fast and easy on your battery. ZERO DATA COLLECTION, AND YOU CAN CHECK Symvek Shield never collects, stores, or sells your browsing. Your history, your scores, and the trackers you encounter never leave your device, on any tier. About the install warning: Chrome tells you Shield can "read and change all your data on all websites." That is true, and it has to be, because Shield cannot score a page or block its trackers without seeing it. What Shield never does is send any of it anywhere. The access stays on your machine, and you can prove it. The free tier makes no network calls at all. Open DevTools, watch the Network tab, and you will see zero requests to our servers. That is the proof. Premium adds a license check that sends only a one-way hash of your key and device. It never sends your raw key, your identity, or anything about your browsing.
