Overview
See whether a shared Webflow site is safe to publish, and set your own editing status — powered by Sygnal Studio.
Sygnal Studio Site Status puts your team's Webflow publish-safety signal right in the toolbar, so you never overwrite a teammate's in-progress work. When you're on a Webflow site your team has connected in Sygnal Studio, the toolbar icon shows a live status: • Green — nobody is editing. Clear to publish. • Yellow — minor / data edits in progress. • Red — design changes underway. Hold publishing. • Grey glyph — a site not connected in Studio (recognized, not tracked). • Struck-through grey — you're signed out or the status is unavailable. Click the icon to see the site's team and each person's current status — so you know exactly who to ask before you hit publish — and, if you're on the team, set your own editing status with one click. The status mirrors the Editing Status board on the site's page in Sygnal Studio, and updates in real time while the tab is focused. Requires a Sygnal Studio account and at least one Webflow site connected in Studio. Sign in with Google from the extension to get started.
