SWYT (Stop Wasting Your Time) is a companion Chrome extension for the SWYT macOS menu bar app. FEATURES: • Automatic time tracking for all websites you visit • Set daily time limits for distracting sites • Block access when limits are exceeded • Real-time statistics in your menu bar REQUIREMENTS: This extension requires the SWYT macOS app to function. Download at: [your website/GitHub] HOW IT WORKS: The extension monitors your browsing activity and sends data to the SWYT app via native messaging. All data stays on your Mac - nothing is sent to external servers. PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED: • Tabs & Web Navigation: Track which sites you visit and for how long • Native Messaging: Communicate with the SWYT macOS app • All URLs: Monitor time across all websites
