Overview

No-download screen share for sales calls. Launch from your toolbar or straight from a HubSpot or Salesforce record.

Swiftlook is a no-download screen sharing tool for sales reps who work the phone. Send a prospect a link by SMS or email while you're on the call, and they see your screen in their browser in under three seconds — no app, no signup, no plugin. Built for phone-based sales. If you sell to small and mid-sized businesses over the phone, the moment a prospect says "can you show me?" is worth more than any scheduled follow-up. Swiftlook keeps you on the call. The extension puts a Start Sharing button one click away, autofills the last five numbers you texted, and lands the link on the prospect's phone before you've finished explaining what you're about to show them. What the extension does. • Launch a share from anywhere. Click the toolbar icon, pick a tab, window, or your whole screen, send the link. Done. • Live viewer status. See when your prospect opens the link, when they start watching, and if they switch away — right in the popup, while you're still on the call. • Send by SMS or email. Type the number or email, hit send. We deliver the link server-side (no mailto: handoff to your local mail app). • HubSpot and Salesforce integration. When you're on a HubSpot or Salesforce record page — Contact, Deal, Company, Ticket, Lead, Account, or Opportunity — the extension detects the record and adds a "Start Swiftlook meeting" button that pre-fills the session with that record's phone and email. After the meeting ends, engagement data (watch time, viewer count, engagement score) writes back to the CRM automatically. • Nothing for the prospect to install. Your prospect taps the link on their phone or clicks it on their laptop. The stream plays in their existing browser. No account, no download, no permissions prompt. Why we built it. Screen sharing during a cold call turns a "maybe I'll look at your website later" into a live demo. But most screen sharing tools require the other side to install something, sign up, or wait through a compatibility check. By the time they've done that, the moment is gone. Swiftlook is designed for the ten seconds after "can you show me?" and before "I have to run" — the entire product decision is optimized for that window. How it works with the web app. The extension is a launcher. Your account, session history, engagement reports, and CRM integration settings all live at app.swiftlook.com. You need a Swiftlook account to use the extension. Free trial available — 14 days or 5 sessions, whichever comes first. No credit card required to start.
