SwiftBOL Notetaker
Overview
Turn on SwiftBOL Notetaker in Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams with one click: pause, resume, remove it or mark key moments.
Stop taking notes in meetings. With the SwiftBOL extension, when you join a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting you get a button to turn on SwiftBOL Notetaker, the assistant that joins the call, transcribes it and leaves you the minutes when you hang up. During the call you control it from a small panel: • Pause and resume the recording without removing the assistant. • ★ Mark important moments: the minutes summarize what was said at each one. • Remove it from the meeting any time; what was recorded is still processed. What you get after every meeting: • Minutes with decisions, a summary and who said what. • Action items with owner and date, ready to send to your team. • Sales intelligence: interest, objections and the next step of every call. • A drafted follow-up email. Transparent and private: the assistant joins as "SwiftBOL Notetaker", says in the chat that it records, and your data stays in the EU. The extension only runs on Meet, Zoom and Teams and reads nothing else. You need a SwiftBOL account (free to start) at swiftbol.com.
