Fixes and shortcuts for Texas Education Agency web apps: eGrants/EMAT district search, grant links, opt-in stay logged in.

Sweet TEA smooths the rough edges of the Texas Education Agency's web applications. It runs only on tea.state.tx.us and tea.texas.gov, and does nothing anywhere else. • eGrants district search — the CDN number box becomes a search. Type a district name or number and pick the match; the field fills itself. • EMAT district switcher — works around an EMAT bug where choosing a district reloads the page showing the previous one. Sweet TEA's picker loads the district you asked for on the first try, lists only the districts your account can open, and labels the district currently on screen. • Copy Link to Grant — on Grant Opportunities pages, one click copies a shareable link to the grant you are reading. • Stay logged in (off by default) — holds your TEAL session open for a period you choose (30 minutes, 2 hours, or until you close your TEA tabs) while you work in another window. It cannot be set to run indefinitely, asks you to acknowledge the security tradeoff before it can be turned on, and stops on its own once you have stepped away. An optional countdown badge shows how long you have left. Everything stays in your browser. Sweet TEA has no server, no accounts and no analytics; your settings and a cached list of grant links are the only things it stores, and removing the extension deletes them. The toolbar icon shows whether the current tab is a TEA page, holds the Stay logged in switch, and opens an About page that lists every feature with a link to the TEA screen where it applies.
