Overview

Mark passages in your blog editor, add a note to each, and swap in rewrites from several AI models — in place.

SwapDraft helps fix AI writing by allowing you to add notes to sections and get replacement text from AI. SwapDraft only touches the passages you mark. Everything you already like stays exactly as it is. THREE STEPS Mark. Select a passage that sounds off. Mark as many as you like; each one gets its own color. Note. Say what is wrong in your own words, or click one of your common notes, such as "Make this punchier" or "Shorten by Half". Short notes you type are kept as tags for next time. Swap. Hit Rewrite and each marked passage goes to several AI models at once. Flip through each model's version right where the passage sits, then accept the one that works or keep your original. WHERE IT WORKS Any text, from any editor: open SwapDraft's Options page, paste your text into a SwapDraft document, fix it there and copy it back out, with its formatting or as HTML. In place, with no copy and paste: in the WordPress block editor on your own site, and in TipTap editors. Open your post editor, click the SwapDraft icon and choose "Enable on this site"; Chrome asks for that site only. (Tested on WordPress 7 and the TipTap post editors) YOUR UNDO HISTORY STAYS CLEAN Flipping through rewrites leaves nothing behind in your undo history. After you accept a rewrite, a single undo brings your original back. The highlights are never saved into your post. KEYBOARD Alt+N (Option+N on a Mac) adds a note to the selection. Alt+[ and Alt+] flip through the rewrites. Alt+Enter accepts the one you are looking at. Alt+Backspace puts your original back. NO API KEYS One SwapDraft account covers every model, including GPT-6 Luna, Claude Sonnet 5.5, Gemini 3.5 Flash and Grok 4.7. Sign in with a link sent to your email. There is no password. Rewrites are paid for in credits. A credit is half a cent of model cost, and you are charged for what the models actually used. PLANS Free, no card: 100 credits when you sign up, topped up by 40 every week. 2 models per rewrite, 4 fast models, articles up to 6,000 words. A Pro plan with more models and credits is on its way. YOUR DRAFT Your notes, the highlights and your SwapDraft documents are stored in the extension's local storage on your device. When you click Rewrite, the article you are editing, the passages you marked and your notes go to the SwapDraft server and on to the models you picked. SwapDraft does not store the article or your notes, only the rewritten passages that come back. The extension does not read the other pages you visit.
