Swagger Header Packs fills repetitive header fields in Swagger UI so you stop retyping the same values on every endpoint. If your API always needs the same headers — like x-locale, x-platform, or x-visitor-id — Swagger UI makes you enter them again for every operation, every time you click Try it out. This extension keeps named packs of those headers and fills the visible inputs for you. Why install • Stop retyping the same headers across endpoints and environments • Keep Swagger’s curl preview accurate — values go into the UI fields, not into rewritten requests • Keep everything local — packs stay on your computer, with no analytics and no network calls from the extension How it works 1. Create a pack with the header names and values you use often 2. Add URL patterns for your Swagger pages and grant access, or use Apply now for a one-off 3. Open an endpoint, click Try it out — matching header fields fill automatically Built for developers who live in Swagger UI. Site access is opt-in per host and revocable anytime. Limitations: Swagger UI only; only headers declared in your OpenAPI spec as in: header; does not fill Swagger’s Authorize dialog (use that for tokens and API keys).
