Overview

Drag and drop an SVG onto a Google Slides tab to insert it as an editable vector shape.

Drop an SVG file straight onto a Google Slides tab and it lands as a real, editable vector shape — not a flattened image. How it works: 1. Drag an SVG onto an open Slides tab. 2. Double-click to place it. 3. Click again to confirm. 4. Press ⌘V / Ctrl+V to paste it onto your slide. Why it's different: - No Google account access, and no Google sign-in of any kind — this extension requests zero OAuth permissions. - Converts entirely on your device using an embedded WebAssembly engine — your file usually never leaves your browser. - Produces a real, editable vector shape in Slides (right-click → Edit points), not a pasted image. Need to convert a whole batch of SVGs at once instead? Try the web app at svgslid.es.
