Susphicious helps you spot likely phishing pages before you enter credentials — without sending your browsing data to external servers. Key features - Offline scoring: a local simple rule-based algorithm evaluates each page and produces a human-friendly "Phishing Trust Score". - Country-specific defaults: pick your country to pre-load common local targets and reduce false positives. - Lightweight and private: all scoring runs locally in the extension; no telemetry or remote lookups by default. - Simple UI: unobtrusive banner alerts, easy allow-listing, and quick test pages to validate behavior. How it works - The extension computes a risk score from URL and host characteristics, brand-token detection, and configurable allow/block lists. - You can adjust sensitivity, add custom domains, or choose a country preset to adapt protections to your region. Privacy & permissions - Requires only the minimal permissions: `storage` and `tabs` (and optional host permissions if you enable them). - No browsing data leaves your device; scoring runs entirely in the extension.
