I cannot setup certain features
I cannot seem to setup certain features within surfshark one. When I attempt to enable them I'm asked to purchase them again. Purchases I've made extend me out to March 2028. Ad blocking only seems to partially work.
What can I do to correct these problems, or do you need to refund my purchases since March 8th forward (30 day trial) so I can try again?
I am using Windows 11 Pro and would like to get your software working as expected and advertised...

wifi not working out of unit

surfshark extension connection issue
for the one last month or so both the chrome and microsoft edge extensions are not working smoothly, there are connections issues, it barely connects and that too after trying multiple times, at first it says connecting but then an error appears, please fix this issue as it is making it difficult to use because sometimes it doesn't connect for hours, i have got in touch with other surfshark users as well they are facing the same issue, the desktop app is better but even that sometimes doesn't connect to the vpn.
