Overview

One-click bug & diagnostic capture: full-page screenshot, HAR 1.2 network log, 1080p WebM screencast, and DevTools traces.

SupportLens is a developer and support diagnostic tool designed to capture complete, reproducible bug packages in one click. When investigating complex frontend errors, API regressions, or rendering glitches, engineers often need more than a static screenshot. SupportLens automatically records: 1. Standard HAR 1.2 Archive: - Full HTTP/HTTPS request and response headers, cookies, and timings. - API request and response bodies (JSON, text, binary). - Fully compatible with Chrome DevTools Network panel, HAR Analyzer, and Charles Proxy. 2. Full-Page Screenshot: - Captures the complete scrollable page height using Chrome DevTools Protocol layout metrics. - Built-in texture clamping ensures high-resolution pages capture cleanly without GPU memory overflow. 3. Live 1080p Screencast Video (.webm): - Records live session video capped strictly at 1080p (1920x1080) for clear text readability without massive file sizes. - Encoded locally in real time via an isolated Manifest V3 Offscreen Document. 4. Chrome DevTools Recorder User Flow (.json): - Captures real user clicks, keyboard inputs, and navigation events with resilient multi-selectors (ARIA, CSS, data-testid, XPath). - Ready to import directly into the Chrome DevTools "Recorder" panel for automated replay. 5. DevTools Performance & Environment Trace (.json): - Multi-track timeline trace including Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS, TTFB), GPU hardware renderer, and memory telemetry. 6. Console & Runtime Error Log (.json): - Uncaught JavaScript runtime exceptions, console.error/warn logs, and HTTP 4xx/5xx failures. Security & Privacy: - 100% Local Processing: All data is compiled in local browser memory and saved directly to your Downloads folder. Zero external servers or telemetry. - Automatic Redaction: Built-in masking strips Authorization headers, Bearer tokens, cookies, passwords, and sensitive keys before saving. - Draggable On-Page HUD: Monitor live recording metrics and stop recording directly from the target page.
